Colour your imagination with the world of books to explore at the Children’s Gallery. Artist Victoria Reichelt explores objects and concepts at risk of becoming obsolete due to advancements in digital technology.

Explore and Play at HOTA
Don’t be fooled into thinking HOTA is just about indoor art and workshops! The Evandale Parklands surrounding HOTA are a children’s paradise, with plenty to explore, see and do.
Evandale Lake
Take a dip or enjoy a splash in Evandale Lake, nestled in the centre of the parklands next to the fully-fenced playground, BBQs and free exercise equipment stations. Kids will love exploring the Evandale parklands on their scooter and you can even take the bridge over to Chevron Island.
Adventure Trail
A hidden oasis behind and over the top of the Outdoor Stage. The top of the trail offers amazing views of Surfers Paradise and is the perfect spot for a photo.
Sculpture Walk
A wonderful mix of art and nature, perfect for enjoying an outdoor stroll while spotting sculptures along the way. Be sure to download the outdoor art map for insights into each piece of art.
